April 27th-May 3rd...it's CHI
Late April sees me at the CHI conference in San Jose. I'm attending most of it but staying in Burlingame with friends. And I'm going to be at the workshop on UCD and International Development on my first day out there, Sat 28th, because I'm helping to run it.
If you want to keep me company on the way out, it's the lunchtime BA flight from LHR on 27th.
Otherwise, find me early evening at the various drinks and dessert receptions...

21st April... at the opera
Never mind the days leading up to it, on 21st April I will be seeing Satyagraha , which is about Ghandi, performed in Sanskrit and put together by Improbable, who had a significant hand in Shockheaded Peter and Theatre of Blood. Oh, and written by Philip Glass and marking his 70th birthday. Come too? 6.30pm at the ENO.
